Brilliant mattress and very quick delivery ?

Excellent mattress. Would recommend.

Very easy website to navigate.
I found what I wanted and ordering was very easy.
My delivery arrived in good time .
I am very pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to use this company again recommend to others.

Awful customer service and communication. Waited two weeks for something that was advertised as 3-5 days delivery and then when I chased was promised calls back from customer service that never happened. Was then told would be another two weeks so asked to cancel and for a refund which was confirmed. Didn’t trust that message had been passed across so emailed in and customer service confirmed that Jo refund request had been processed. Got money back in the end but will never use them again

I didn't make the purchase but the cancellation process was very swift and smooth.thankyou. But I am currently using memory foam Essential Double mattress since last 3 years and it is very good, ticks all the boxes.

I was ordered matrass one month ago and still don't have it ( one month) when I did order they wrote it will be sent in next 14 days.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with their service,I have purchased the mattress on around 20th November 2022 and still until now ,02.01.2023 have not received my order,
They do not follow up,never give you the status of your order,only after I have asked ,told because of shortage of foam there are delays and even can not give you estimate timing,it was not mentioned on their website ,you are company mainly sells foam mattresses and if you have foam shortage you have to warn customers before they made purchase, then it will be customers dicision if it worth to wait..
After finally they received mattress now there is shortage of curriers to make delivery,when you have unhappy customers waiting for the order one month and you simply can not make them priority ,that shows how unprofessional you are.
I am heavily pregnant and kept at hospital with my pregnancy complications and it is very difficult to follow up and I do not want to get upset regarding my order ,I have to concentrate on my health.

Very pleased with the memory foam pillow, it takes a few weeks to get used to it, and now I'm feeling the benefits of its support on the neck.

After being concerned having waited 14days for delivery I sent an email requesting update and immediately received a reply apologising. The two memory foam toppers were delivered the next day. The original delay in delivery couldn’t have been rectified any quicker, very good service just before Christmas.

Had a EMail to say we would not get our mattress until the new year.owing to a shortage of foam.But hey ho next day the mattress has been shipped but we needed this for Xmas so cancelled it so now waiting for a refund.Poor comunication is apparent between you and the supplier.

This is my second mattress from this seller and I am still very satisfied with the product. The only thing which made me take one star off is that it took more that 2 weeks to arrive and came after I had emailed the company asking for update.

The Coolmax memory foam topper when unfolded from the delivery box and left to expand for a few hours was such a delight to lay on. Slept so much better on this memory foam topper than on my old ordinary foam one! Well worth the money and very pleased with my purchase.

Very disappointed with the service..I ordered a mattress Nov 20th .3 weeks on and Still no mattress has arrived . Every time I ring them, they say its been sent out and will chase it up and get back to me... I have rang them every day for the last 5 days and they say the same thing evertime. BUT THEY NEVER DO.... ?

Bought the cool max memory foam mattress on July 2020, rubbish, yeah it's memory OK, leaves a big lump in middle, the ends droop were you lay, it's now the worst night sleep ever, would not reccomend to anyone, going back to sprung mattress
